Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange.

You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date of purchase. 

BURDEN OF SHIPPING COST is dependent upon who paid the initial shipping cost:  1) If BlanketPals purchase was sent with free then Return Shipping is to be paid in full by Purchaser.     2) If BlanketPals purchase was paid by Purcahser in Full, then Company shall forward a pre-paid return mailing label.   3) If BlanketPals purchase was mailed with mailing expense shared, then Purchaser shall cover said return shipping costs and the Company shall then issue a credit / refund back of that amount initially paid by the Purchaser. 

Any product you return must be in new condition and in the original packaging. 

As BlanketPals™ are a bedding product, returns are limited to unused products only. If you have any questions about our returns policy, please contact us before you complete your purchase.
